1, What modes of payment do you accept? 

During the checkout phase you will have the option to pay via GCASH, MAYA, and BDO bank transfers/deposits.

2. How long before my product arrives?

Order processing will be 2-5 days within Metro Manila and 3-10 days for provincial areas.

3. Do you accept same day delivery?

No, currently we cannot accommodate same day delivery. Rest assured we will process your orders as soon as possible.

4. Do you ship internationally

We can ship internationally, however please take note that shipping rates will depend on your country/area. For International Shipping kindly contact our social media pages and email at ElysianClothing.Inquiries@gmail.com 

5. How will I know if my order has been shipped?

Right after the payment/transaction details are sent to Elysian. An email will be sent to confirm that your order has been dispatched.

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We at Elysian are hard at work to provide our customers with the highest quality of products. If you have received an item that may be incorrect or may have damages, we are here to address your concerns as quickly as possible.   
  • Send an email to ElysianClothing.inquiries@gmail.com for your return/exchange request. We can return or exchange your item within 5 days of receipt. Please make sure that the ordered item/s are placed in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with no damages. 
  • If the item you received has damages, kindly take photos and send us an email at ElysianClothing.Inquiries@gmail.com 
  • If you want to exchange the product for another color/size, customer will return the item via their preferred courier as well as shoulder for all shipping costs.
